About
I believe we can all use a little help sometimes. It can feel like we've hit a wall and the ways we once faced our problems are no longer working for us. Or we've come up against something we never expected and we're not quite sure how to handle it. Or we've always known there was some sort of issue, and now we want to dig deeper into figuring it out.
I think from the time we are little and through our different experiences, we learn how to handle our problems. And there comes a time when the way we've learned to handle things does not serve us well. Ultimately, I believe these situations can lead to incredible growth and an opportunity to reevaluate life and to consider a new way of doing things.
I work with men, women, and gender diverse folks. I am body positive, multiculturally open, and support people across the spectrum of faith, spirituality, or lack thereof. My goal to create a safe environment for all humans, including minorities and marginalized populations. I not discriminate against race, LGBTQIA+ individuals, religious beliefs, or body ability. I welcome people of all identities in the therapy space.
In my free time I enjoy renovating furniture or my house, thrifting, traveling, reading, being outdoors, creating art, spending time with friends and family, and spending time with my husband and our two husky pups, Akira and Koda.
